I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the vibrant water park that kept the kids entertained, and the spacious rooms made for a comfortable retreat. The staff was amazing, always ready to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and could have used a better cleaning routine. Additionally, the dining options came with extra charges which was unexpected and a downside to the overall experience.

My recent stay was filled with highlights, especially thanks to the exceptional staff who really went out of their way to help us. The kids absolutely loved the fun water park, and I really appreciated the variety of kids' activities offered. However, the dining experience felt a bit crowded, and while the quality was good, it could be improved with more options. Overall, it was a great family getaway with some minor hiccups.
